Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dameon Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guy Downs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Machida might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Brazilian Death. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Guy Downs!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Machida.

It looks like Guy Downs has been cut.
Machida connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Machida throws a head kick but Downs moves out of range.
Downs wants to clinch up but Machida keeps it at a distance.
Downs misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Downs tries to clinch there but Machida circles away.
Machida throws a head kick that misses.
Machida turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Downs misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Downs misses with the combination.
Machida looks to throw the jab but Downs is out of range.

Machida has taken the fight to the clinch.
Downs wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Machida has him pressed against the cage.
A short body shot lands from Machida as the two fighters clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Machida lands a damaging elbow.
Knees to the body from Machida.

Machida breaks from the clinch.
Downs has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Machida finds it's way round the side to connect with Downs's head.
Machida slips a straight right by Downs.
Machida swings for the body but Downs moves out of range.
The fighters circling - Machida throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Machida lands with a right hand.
Both fighters circling a little - Machida finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Machida's corner calls for a 1-2. Machida obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Machida jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Downs throws a nice looking combination but Machida bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Machida lands with a straight right. Downs didn't see that one coming.
Machida throws a quick inside leg kick.
Downs looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Downs fails with a takedown attempt.
Dameon Machida has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Guy Downs.

Downs takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Machida dips to his left and cracks Downs with an uppercut!
Downs takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Downs closes the distance looking to clinch
enabling Machida to counter with a crisp jab.
Machida is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Machida tries a head kick but it misses.
Downs will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Downs takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Machida clobbers Downs with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Machida drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Downs right on the button. Downs goes down! Machida follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Machida gets the win via TKO!
