Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Timo Kahila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matti Meikalainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meikalainen has chosen Matti ja Teppo - Ma joka paiva toita teen as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Timo Kahila! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Matti Meikalainen! The judges for this bout are , and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kahila wants to clinch up but Meikalainen keeps it at a distance. Kahila dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Meikalainen. That did some damage! Meikalainen throws a leg kick and Kahila counters by clinching up. Meikalainen tries to break the clinch but Kahila is controlling the position. Meikalainen is pressed up against the cage. Kahila has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Meikalainen down to the mat. Meikalainen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Meikalainen rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kahila counters with a takedown into side control. Meikalainen takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Meikalainen is looking to reverse the position. Meikalainen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kahila. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Meikalainen taking a bit of punishment here - Kahila scoring with strikes. Meikalainen takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Meikalainen manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Kahila wants to lay and pray for a moment but Meikalainen keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kahila winds up and cracks Meikalainen with a swinging punch to the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Kahila looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kahila has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Kahila is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meikalainen keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Kahila in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Meikalainen is desperately trying to improve his position but Kahila has a good base and remains in mount. Meikalainen wants to hold on but Kahila pushes him away. Kahila wants to control the pace but Meikalainen is squirming around nicely. Kahila is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Meikalainen is forced to tap! Great finish!
