Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Evan TanHer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pierre Deutschmann! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! TanHer shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than TanHer was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Deutschmann looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! TanHer sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. TanHer dominating with strikes here. Deutschmann in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. TanHer lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Deutschmann is trying desperately to improve position. TanHer controlling from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. TanHer landing punches.
Deutschmann is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! TanHer controlling from the full mount.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Evan TanHer just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. TanHer throws out a powerful jab. Deutschmann showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from TanHer.
TanHer gets in close and instigates a clinch. TanHer wants a takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. TanHer lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
TanHer content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Deutschmann wants to get back to full guard. TanHer content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Deutschmann is looking to control TanHer's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Deutschmann avoid being mounted?
That's three minutes gone in the round. TanHer keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Deutschmann looking for submissions off his back. TanHer throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. TanHer is looking to advance position but Deutschmann won't allow it. TanHer slows the pace down in half guard.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Evan TanHer just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. TanHer misses with the combination.
TanHer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. TanHer stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. TanHer tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Evan TanHer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. TanHer clinches up with Deutschmann and pushes him back against the cage. TanHer is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Deutschmann pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A left hand lands to the body for Deutschmann.
Deutschmann goes for a takedown attempt but TanHer pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Deutschmann closes the distance and clinches up with TanHer, looking for a takedown. Deutschmann pushes TanHer against the cage but TanHer circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. TanHer misses with a double jab.
Deutschmann closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming TanHer to the mat! TanHer manages to get full guard. Deutschmann wants to pass the guard but TanHer is keeping the position. TanHer pulls Deutschmann in close to prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. TanHer tries to land a sweep but no joy. TanHer wants to stand but Deutschmann is controlling the position. TanHer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Deutschmann can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Deutschmann stops TanHer from standing up. TanHer is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Evan TanHer dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
TanHer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Deutschmann. TanHer drops Deutschmann with a left and a right! Oh, Deutschmann is hurt - TanHer dives into side control looking to finish!
Deutschmann is still in real trouble! Can TanHer finish him? Deutschmann is letting TanHer control him for a moment. TanHer landing strikes. TanHer controlling the position from side mount. TanHer lands a nice forearm strike. TanHer working the ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! A lull in the action here. TanHer grinds an elbow into Deutschmann's temple. TanHer stands up. TanHer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. TanHer is nestled in close to Deutschmann, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. TanHer passes the guard and advances to mount! Deutschmann seems to have recovered his senses. TanHer controlling from mount. TanHer pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Deutschmann can't escape the position.
Deutschmann tries to lock up and control but TanHer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. TanHer with the ground and pound from mount. TanHer sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. TanHer seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Deutschmann for as long as he can get away with.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Evan TanHer just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. TanHer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. TanHer is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Deutschmann is trying to break free. Deutschmann fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Deutschmann gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from TanHer.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Deutschmann just misses with a elbow thrown towards TanHer's brow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deutschmann has had enough of the clinch but TanHer keeps him there for the moment. Deutschmann is looking to break free of the clinch but TanHer has double underhooks. Deutschmann changes levels and goes for a takedown here. TanHer fights it off and pushes away nicely.
It's a brutal combination of punches from TanHer! Deutschmann is backing up but he can't get away as TanHer lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Deutschmann and ends the fight. Great knockout.
