Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between MR T (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesar Areza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). T comes to the cage accompanied by mr t. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, MR T! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cesar Areza! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Kavanagh and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! T throws a series of punches but Areza moves out of range. A big left from T misses. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Areza. T tests Areza's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Cesar Areza has been cut. T misses with a double jab.
T pushing out the jab but it's not landing. T lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
T throws a jab when Areza was well out of range. T rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Areza moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A left lands for T. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. T misses with a body shot.
T looks to land a left hand but Areza moved out of range nicely. T is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Areza. Areza tries a head kick but it misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Areza blocks a jab. T misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
T throws out a loose jab but Areza uses good head movement to avoid it. Areza misses with a head kick.
T throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Areza stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. T lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
T connects with a good right hand that stumbles Areza. Areza circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. T throws a lazy right hand but Areza sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Areza tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but T swivels and escapes. T throws out a loose jab but Areza uses good head movement to avoid it. Areza takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Areza looks gassed! Areza takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. T misses with a straight right.
That's two minutes gone in the round. T scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Areza doesn't seem bothered though. T lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Areza backs up against the cage.
T with a jab. T throws a right hand that Areza ducks under and follows up with a left that Areza also avoids with ease. Areza bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. MR T is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. T throws out a loose jab but Areza uses good head movement to avoid it. T misses the shot to the body. Some wild striking there from T.
T throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. T scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. T bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Areza's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Areza has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. T sends Areza crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! T is motioning to the referee to let Areza up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! T throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
T stuffs the takedown attempt from Areza. Areza gets slowly back to his feet. MR T has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cesar Areza. T will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
The crowd cheers as T lands an impressive looking overhand right. Areza doesn't seem phased though. T feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Areza sprawling to the canvas! Areza rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can T finish him?!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! T drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Areza right on the button. Areza goes down! T follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! T gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). MR T!
