Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Andres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). St Pierre is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Break Stuff. St Pierre has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lyoto Andres! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, John St Pierre! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Alyssa Summers and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andres shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. St Pierre is trying to defend but Andres finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Andres looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! St Pierre has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Andres is working away from the top position though. Andres not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Andres passes to side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Andres looking to punish the body of his opponent here but St Pierre is avoiding damage well.
St Pierre wants to get back to his feet. St Pierre struggling a bit here. Andres trying to control the position but St Pierre is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. St Pierre is pushing Andres's head away, looking to escape. Andres manages to hold on to the position though.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. St Pierre tries to clinch there but Andres circles away.
Andres is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in St Pierre's half guard. St Pierre is looking to get back to is feet but Andres passes into side control.
You can see the frustration on St Pierre's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Andres is staying tight to St Pierre's torso, preventing him from escaping. St Pierre is trying to control Andres's posture but Andres avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Andres working the ground and pound from side control. St Pierre tries to improve position but can't. Andres tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. St Pierre wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. St Pierre shoots in and bounces Andres off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. St Pierre has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Andres is proving hard to escape from.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Andres wants to stand and escape but St Pierre is having none of it. St Pierre looking to pass the guard. Andres keeping moving, preventing St Pierre from controlling successfully. St Pierre pushing down on Andres's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Andres is not content to let St Pierre control the position. Andres on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Andres tries to get out of the position. St Pierre trying to mount his opponent but Andres defends it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Andres moves into full guard.
St Pierre takes a decent strike to the side of the head. St Pierre postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Andres is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of St Pierre, into his guard. St Pierre is looking to sinch up a triangle. Andres throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to St Pierre's body to avoid the submission. St Pierre has instead reached around Andres's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! St Pierre arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
