Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Muniz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marcus Rogers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafael Muniz! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Muniz tries to clinch up. Rogers lands with a thumping leg kick.
Muniz shoots in looking for a takedown. Rogers tries to sprawl out of it but Muniz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rogers manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Muniz moves in looking to clinch but Rogers pushes him off. Muniz steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Rogers. That one must have hurt. Rogers misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Muniz tries to close the distance and clinch but Rogers swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Rogers uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Muniz has time to react. Muniz throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Rogers counters with a three punch combo that has Muniz backing up. Muniz nods at Rogers to acknowledge the strikes. A punch lands to the side of Muniz 's head but he takes it in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rogers scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Muniz walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Muniz chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rogers can pounce on him.
Muniz takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Left hook, right uppercut from Rogers. Rogers throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Muniz. Rogers scores with a jab to the jaw. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rogers lands with a nice combination. Muniz backs away looking to recover. Muniz takes a body punch but keeps moving. Rogers with a body punch. A glancing blow. Muniz looks gassed! Thud! ouch! good body kick from Rogers - that will leave a mark!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rogers lands with a slapping head kick. Rogers fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Muniz on the side of the head. A solid leg kick lands there for Rogers.
Rogers dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Muniz takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. A right-left combo lands from Rogers. Rogers scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Muniz doesn't seem bothered though. Whack! Rogers lands a heavy head kick that drops Muniz. The ref tackles Rogers to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Muniz was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Marcus Rogers!
