Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Locke, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
ali feints and as Locke raises his hands in defense, ali changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Locke is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst ali is controlling him.
Locke wants to improve his position but instead ali has moved into half guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. ali lands a nice short elbow.

Locke tries to kick ali off in order to stand up. ali Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Locke sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

ali tries to bum rush Locke with a series of wild strikes but Locke uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Locke misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Locke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around ali's waist but ali gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Locke off to one side.

Locke tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

ali shoots in looking for a takedown. Locke tries to sprawl out of it but ali keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Locke manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
