Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Harlow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Harlow's guard.
Adams throws a strike but Harlow rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Harlow drops back looking for a leg! Adams is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Adams manages to kick Harlow off! Harlow jumps back into Adams's guard.
Adams is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Adams looking for a guillotine here but Harlow defends easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Adams had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Harlow defends it easily.

Harlow drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harlow jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Adams tries for a takedown but Harlow sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

It looks like Samuel Adams has been cut.
