Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Warrior Andrew! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andrew misses with a few strikes there.
Cook fails with a takedown attempt. Cook tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Cook looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Andrew! Cook looking to ground and pound but Andrew is blocking nicely. Andrew squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

Andrew avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Andrew throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cook throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A slow jab from Andrew misses its intended target. Cook is trying hard to land a takedown here. Andrew sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quincy Cook. That's going to take a lot out of him. Andrew lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cook circles away quickly and effectively. Andrew stuffs the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
