Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Hosking (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luca Bibiano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Eliza Hachem and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hosking looks for a takedown but Bibiano sprawls well.

It looks like Vincent Hosking has been cut.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bibiano misses with a two punch combination.
Hosking tries to clinch up.
Hosking tries for a takedown but Bibiano sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Hosking forces Bibiano back against the ropes and clinches.
Bibiano has had enough of the clinch but Hosking keeps him there for the moment.

Hosking uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bibiano.
Hosking closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bibiano circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Vincent Hosking will probably get the nod.

Hosking with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bibiano to score with a decent uppercut.

Bibiano stalks Hosking and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hosking's face. Hosking staggers backwards, shaken.

Hosking closes the distance and pushes Bibiano back into the ropes.
Bibiano tries to break the clinch but Hosking is controlling the position.

Hosking turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hosking manages to end up in side control.
Bibiano is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hosking asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Hosking stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Hosking closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Hosking has Bibiano pressed against the ropes, preventing Bibiano from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Bibiano lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hosking backs up against the ropes.

Hosking takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Bibiano scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Bibiano keeps the fight on the outside.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Hosking misses with a looping right.
Hosking looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Hosking takes the fight into the clinch.
Hosking has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bibiano avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Bibiano's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Hosking keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bibiano's efforts to push away.
Hosking tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bibiano just stands there and leans against the ropes.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vincent Hosking.
I think Hosking has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
