Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Motta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Snowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Snowe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Motta moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Snowe shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Motta manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Snowe is looking to advance position but Motta has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Motta lands a big elbow.
Motta is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Motta!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Roger Motta!
