Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nate Daaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claude McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCracken has chosen Danger is Go! as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nate Daaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Claude McCracken! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daaz throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. McCracken keeps the fight on the outside. McCracken keeps the fight on the outside. Daaz will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Daaz is looking to clinch. Daaz moves in looking to clinch but McCracken pushes him off. Daaz misses with a hook. McCracken looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Daaz wants to control but McCracken is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCracken uses his free foot to push down on Daaz's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Daaz. McCracken pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Daaz sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Daaz is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but McCracken pulls his head out easily. McCracken prevents Daaz from improving his position. Daaz looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McCracken looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. McCracken is thwarting Daaz's attempts to control the position. Daaz looking for submissions from an awkward position here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCracken looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. McCracken seems to be working for a kimura but Daaz defends the submission attempt. McCracken slips a nice elbow through Daaz's hands, connecting with Daaz's forehead. McCracken looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McCracken thows a huge punch but Daaz dodges it nicely.
McCracken throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. McCracken passes to side control. McCracken tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McCracken has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! McCracken looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Claude McCracken dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
McCracken fails with the takedown. Daaz wants to clinch. Daaz takes the fight into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daaz has McCracken pressed against the cage.

It looks like Claude McCracken has been cut. McCracken fails to pull guard.

McCracken is working for takedown but Daaz is calmly controlling the position for now. Nate Daaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Claude McCracken. Daaz throws a knee to the head but misses.
McCracken is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Daaz trying to land knees to the body.

McCracken is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. McCracken breaks from the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. McCracken throws a sloppy head kick and Daaz moves out of range easily. McCracken tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. McCracken scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Daaz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
McCracken looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Daaz misses with a leg kick and McCracken counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Daaz is trying to maintain the position but McCracken is very close to passing his half guard. McCracken is trying to control the action in half guard but Daaz is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. McCracken controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daaz avoiding damage under a succession of punches from McCracken. McCracken seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Daaz does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Daaz wants to control but McCracken passes into side.
McCracken controlling from side mount. Daaz is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on McCracken's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Daaz wants to control but McCracken is keeping busy and won't allow it. McCracken is keen to just control but Daaz is a slippery customer. Daaz is trying to stand back up but McCracken is controlling him
McCracken passes to side control. Daaz is being controlled here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Claude McCracken showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Claude McCracken's cut. That's time! Daaz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Daaz wants to clinch and McCracken counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by McCracken. McCracken trying to control the position from guard on top but Daaz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. McCracken thows a big elbow that misses. McCracken postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round. McCracken gets to his feet. Daaz looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Daaz moves out of range of the strikes. Daaz misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McCracken.
McCracken tries to work over Daaz's front leg with a kick but Daaz checks it. Daaz throws a low kick but McCracken avoids it. Daaz wants to clinch and McCracken counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Daaz walks into a stiff left hand from McCracken.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Daaz throws a body kick, spinning off balance and McCracken counters with a body kick. Daaz clinches but McCracken breaks the clinch and McCracken counters with a single leg into guard. Daaz didn't expect that. McCracken pushing down on Daaz's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. McCracken is working for a submission of some sort.
McCracken is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daaz trying to control but McCracken postures up.
McCracken is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. McCracken wants to free his trapped foot but Daaz is holding on for dear life with his legs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Daaz tries to get to full guard but McCracken has control of the leg. Daaz is trying to control but can't.
Daaz is pressing down on McCracken's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. McCracken wants to pass the guard but Daaz is keeping the position. Daaz can't keep his opponent in guard - McCracken advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Claude McCracken comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got McCracken winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
