1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Edwin Van Der Sar! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vidic takes a swing at Van Der Sar's ribcage but misses. Nemanja Vidic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Vidic connects with a right hand. Van Der Sar shakes it off. Vidic throws a right and a left that Van Der Sar avoids nicely. Van Der Sar displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vidic throws out the jab. Van Der Sar takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Vidic fails to land with a series of punches.
Vidic throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Van Der Sar. Vidic lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
