The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giraffe misses with a hook. Wrestlehard ducked under it nicely.

It looks like Stink Wrestlehard has been cut.
The fighters circling - Giraffe throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Wrestlehard looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Giraffe wants to get back to his feet.

Wrestlehard has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wrestlehard seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Giraffe does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Giraffe is trying to stand up here but Wrestlehard is controlling him well.

Wrestlehard is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Giraffe doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wrestlehard.

Giraffe's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Wrestlehard wants to finish this one by submission but Giraffe is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Wrestlehard.

Giraffe is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Wrestlehard locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Giraffe is forced to tap!
