The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gregorovitsj is looking to clinch.
Gregorovitsj lands with a thumping leg kick.
Gregorovitsj feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Donatti's calf.

Donatti shoots in looking for a takedown. Gregorovitsj tries to sprawl out of it but Donatti keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gregorovitsj manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Donatti shoots for a double leg takedown but Gregorovitsj sprawls well. He's pushed Donatti's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Donatti shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gregorovitsj's guard.
Gregorovitsj on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gregorovitsj tries to get out of the position.
Donatti drops back looking for a leg! Gregorovitsj is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gregorovitsj manages to kick Donatti off! Donatti jumps back into Gregorovitsj's guard.

Donatti drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Donatti jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Donatti slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Gregorovitsj knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Donatti on the ground.

Donatti is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gregorovitsj knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Donatti goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Gregorovitsj rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Donatti's guard! Nice work there by Gregorovitsj!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Donatti looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Gregorovitsj puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Donatti tries to roll over but Gregorovitsj keeps him under control.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Donatti is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Donatti has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Gregorovitsj. Oh but Donatti has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Gregorovitsj goes limp - he's gone! Donatti jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
