The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diane misses with a looping right.
Diane takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Hardly misses with a hook. Diane ducked under it nicely.
Hardly misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Didier Diane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardly slips a jab and a cross from Diane.
Hardly takes a swing at Diane's ribcage but misses.
Diane wants to clinch up but Hardly keeps it at a distance.

and Diane counters with a one-two to the body.

Diane rushes Hardly and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Diane keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hardly's efforts to push away.
Hardly working hard to break the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Hardly's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Diane works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Hardly cracks Diane with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

A jab lands there for Hardly.
Some wild striking there from Diane.
Hardly throws a nice looking combination but Diane bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Diane moves into the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hardly drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Diane gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Hardly breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Diane doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hardly fails to land with a series of punches.

Hardly swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Diane misses with a double jab.
Hardly swinging wildly here.
Diane tries to close the distance and clinch but Hardly swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Diane avoids a punch combination nicely.
Diane lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hardly backs up against the cage.
Diane misses with a shot to the body
and Hardly counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Diane looks gassed!
Hardly rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Diane moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Diane looks to land a right hand but Hardly moved out of range.
Diane throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Diane swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Hardly counters with a left and a right that hurts Diane! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Hardly jumps into full mount!
Diane is still in real trouble! Can Hardly finish him?

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hardly trying to control but Diane is having none of it.
Diane seems to have recovered his senses.
Diane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hardly. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hardly looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Hardly counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Hardly lands a nice shot that snaps Diane's head back.
Diane avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hardly jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Diane throws a good cross that connects.
Hardly throws a right and a left that both miss.
Diane is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Hardly rather than just go for the knockout.
Hardly swats away the attempt to clinch by Diane.
