Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryosuke Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Forza Gr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryosuke Takahashi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Forza Gr! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gr shoots for a takedown but Takahashi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Takahashi drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Takahashi tries for a kimura but Gr is defending well. Gr is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Gr is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Gr throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Gr is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Takahashi pulls his head out easily. Takahashi is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Gr sees it coming and defends easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gr tries to roll over but Takahashi keeps him under control. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gr misses with a takedown and Takahashi counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Takahashi looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
