Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Abdual Jemall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and RG Dias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Abdual Jemall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, RG Dias! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jemall throws a series of punches but Dias avoids them all with ease. Jemall tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dias swivels and escapes. Dias closes the distance and pushes Jemall back into the cage. Dias wants a takedown but no success here.
Jemall goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Jemall misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Jemall is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dias pulls him back up using the underhooks. Dias gets control of Jemall's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dias will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Dias wants to stand but Jemall is controlling the position. Dias is looking for a triangle but Jemall pushes his legs off easily.
Jemall passes Dias's left leg - he's now in half guard. Jemall throwing shots but Dias is blocking nicely. Jemall missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Dias makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
That's one minute gone in the round. Dias shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jemall pinned against the cage. Jemall gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dias gets the takedown into side control. Dias advances to mount. Dias goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Jemall is on top in guard.
Dias looks gassed! Jemall throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dias works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dias keeping moving, preventing Jemall from controlling successfully. Jemall throws and elbow that misses. Dias uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jemall's guard. Nice move by Dias!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jemall trying to keep a closed guard but Dias is proving a slippery customer.
Dias has gone for a leg lock! Jemall slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dias's guard. Jemall working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Dias is pulling down on Jemall's head. It's preventing any offense from Jemall, at least for the moment. Jemall wants to control from the top but Dias keeps moving. Jemall postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jemall tries to free his leg and advance position but Dias is retaining full guard. Jemall loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Jemall is working Dias over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Dias is looking to stand up but Jemall isn't so interested in that idea.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jemall shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Dias avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Jemall drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Dias dives on top into guard. Dias drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jemall manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dias has Jemall in his guard. Dias wants to stand up but Jemall is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jemall postures up in Dias's guard and throws a big left but Dias blocks it. Jemall thows a big elbow that misses. Dias is trying to control the position from the bottom.

A close round but RG Dias will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Jemall lands a head shot. Jemall throws a nice looking combination but Dias bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Jemall fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dias, pushing him back against the cage. Dias avoiding damage.
Dias tries to circle away but Jemall has him pinned against the cage. Dias on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Jemall has a couple of punches blocked by Dias.
Dias turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Dias manages to end up in side control. Jemall is trying to get back to his feet. Dias looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Dias is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jemall is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dias is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jemall can't do much from the bottom here. Jemall manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dias's best efforts. Jemall works his way to full guard. Good work. Dias has gone for a leg lock! Jemall slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dias's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dias looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jemall is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jemall drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Dias dives on top into guard. Dias is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jemall is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jemall has escaped and now he's on top! Dias is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jemall defends well. Jemall trying to control but Dias is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dias is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Jemall works over Dias with some ground and pound from guard. Jemall trying to control the position from guard on top but Dias is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dias isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jemall stacks Dias on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jemall! Jemall wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dias keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Jemall throwing strikes but missing, from side control. An elbow from Jemall crashes against the mat.
Dias parries the strikes from Jemall easily there. Jemall is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Dias to escape.

Jemall shoots and misses and Dias counters with a nice double leg into guard. Dias drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Jemall dives on top into guard. Jemall throwing strikes from guard but Dias blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
RG Dias showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Jemall fails to land the takedown. Abdual Jemall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jemall tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dias was well out of range. Poor timing from Jemall. Jemall fails with the takedown and Dias moves into the clinch. Jemall has Dias pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dias manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Abdual Jemall. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dias is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jemall gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Dias works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jemall accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Abdual Jemall has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dias wants to stand and escape but Jemall is having none of it. Dias preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Jemall pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dias is keeping the position for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jemall postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. RG Dias is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Dias moves into range and clinches up with Jemall.
And that's the end of the fight! RG Dias comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Dias winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
