Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Deth Kult Social Club. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Miguel Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Doe fails with the takedown.
Doe shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Doe seems to be looking for submissions.
Silva makes his way to full guard, as Doe worked for a kimura.
Doe trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Doe is fighting to break Silva's control of his arms but Silva is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Doe gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Doe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Silva wants to clinch up but Doe keeps it at a distance.
Silva gets a clinch.
Doe wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Silva lands with a left to the head.
Silva gets underhooks to prevent Doe's takedown attempt.
Miguel Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Doe.
Silva prevents Doe from breaking the clinch.
Silva pushes Doe back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Silva scores with a nice hook to the head.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Doe wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Silva has him pressed against the cage.
Silva lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Doe backwards.

Still in the clinch, Silva scores with a nice short uppercut.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Silva pushes Doe back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Silva lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like John Doe has been cut.

Doe is working for takedown but Silva is calmly controlling the position for now.
Doe looks gassed!
Doe tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Silva smiles and moves away.
Silva is looking to clinch but Doe is avoiding it.
Silva has closed the distance and engaged Doe in a clinch.
Doe drops down looking for an ankle pick but Silva pulls his leg out and moves away.
Doe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Doe throws a right hand that Silva ducks under and follows up with a left that Silva also avoids with ease.
Doe fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Silva gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Silva lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Silva lands a damaging elbow.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Silva creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Silva lands an elbow just above Doe 's eye.
Silva comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Silva lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Doe wants a takedown but no success here.

Doe's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Silva swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Doe is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?

Doe tries to break free but Silva pushes him back against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Silva.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Doe.
Doe seems to have recovered his senses.
Silva lands with a light punch inside.
Doe wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Silva stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
The referee is keeping an eye on Silva - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A short uppercut from Silva.
Silva lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Silva scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Silva lands a knee to the body.
Silva lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Silva lands an elbow inside that Doe shrugs off.
That has opened up John Doe's cut even more.
Silva controlling the action here for a moment.
Silva dips a shoulder and cracks Doe with a mighty uppercut! Doe falls back against the cage and Silva unloads with a barrage of strikes! Doe is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Silva screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Miguel Silva!
