The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destroyer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Turner avoids it really well and circles away.
Forlorn Destroyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Destroyer is defended easily by Turner.
Destroyer fails in his attempt to clinch.
Destroyer defending well as Turner loads up on a big left hand.
Destroyer lands a lovely overhand right.
Turner scores with a jab. Destroyer acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Turner lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Turner waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Destroyer.
Turner bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Destroyer's head.
Destroyer misses with a two punch combination.
Turner scores with a jab. Destroyer acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Destroyer shoots in and drives through. Turner sprawls well.

Turner lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Destroyer sprawling to the canvas. Turner follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Destroyer hang on?
Destroyer is trying to control but can't.

Turner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Turner counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Turner throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Turner lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Turner is looking to chop away at Destroyer's legs.
Turner cracks Destroyer with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

and Turner counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Destroyer!

It looks like Forlorn Destroyer has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Turner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Destroyer circles away quickly and effectively.
Turner connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Destroyer takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Destroyer dodges the punch combination from Turner.
Turner throws a head kick that misses.
Turner throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Turner punishes Destroyer's body with a nice straight punch.
Turner connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Destroyer to the floor! Turner dives in looking for the finish!
Destroyer is still in real trouble! Can Turner finish him?
Turner takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Turner is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Destroyer sees it coming and defends easily.
Destroyer seems to have recovered his senses.
Destroyer looks like he's trying to stand up.
Turner lands with a punch from half guard.

Turner has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Turner is nestled in close to Destroyer, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
