Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Eastman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiyoshi Matsumoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matsumoto is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Carl Douglas - Kung fu fighting. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Matsumoto stalks Eastman and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Eastman's face. Eastman staggers backwards, shaken.

The fighters circling - Eastman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Eastman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Matsumoto swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tyrone Eastman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Eastman shoots in looking for a takedown. Matsumoto tries to sprawl out of it but Eastman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Matsumoto manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Well Matsumoto has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
