Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Rowley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darrell Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rowley comes to the cage accompanied by Sandstorm. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas throws a series of punches but Rowley avoids them all with ease.
Thomas misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Thomas throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rowley shoots in but Thomas avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Thomas drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Thomas is chipping away with strikes.

Thomas has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Thomas lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Rowley down.

Thomas connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Rowley some visible discomfort.
Oh Rowley is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Thomas lands a strong strike to the head of Rowley. That's dazed him! Thomas looking to finish here. Rowley is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Thomas lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
