Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Concrete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Huggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Huggs shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Huggs is stalling here. Concrete is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Huggs seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Concrete has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Huggs is not content to let Concrete control the position.
Huggs tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Concrete wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Huggs lands a nice shot to the head.
Huggs unloads with some shots from mount but Concrete bucks and avoids them well.
Concrete tries to hold on but Huggs pushes him away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Huggs wants to free his trapped foot but Concrete is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Huggs is nestled in close to Concrete, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Concrete is staying active underneath Huggs, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
