Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arska Paska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Tanner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arska Paska! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dick Tanner! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paska gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tanner to score an easy takedown into full guard. Tanner stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Paska swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tanner showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Tanner throwing strikes but missing. Tanner stops Paska from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tanneris looking to pass into half guard but Paska pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Paska is in guard. Paska working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Paska wants to control from the top but Tanner keeps moving. Tanner is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Paska moves into range and clinches up with Tanner. Paska scores with a hook to the body. Paska stalling the fight.

Paska pushes Tanner back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Tanner has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Paska clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Tanner punches the canvas rather than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Paska avoids the strikes from Tanner. Paska has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Tanner. Tanner tries to get the hooks in deep but Paska pushed the leg off. Paska holding both Tanner 's hands and preventing any damage. Tanner just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tanner throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Tanner has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Tanner is looking for the choke from the back position but Paska is controlling his hands well. Paska covering up well under a series of strikes from Tanner. Tanner is looking to control Paska but Paska is wriggling around and keeping busy. Paska is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Tanner wants to control but Paska manages to buck him off and is now in Tanner's guard! Nice work there by Paska! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Paska loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Paska got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tanner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Paska has managed to get both his arms back between Tanner's legs - danger averted. Paska stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tanner swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tanner has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Paska can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Tanner is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Paska wants to control from the top but Tanner keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dick Tanner dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tanner fails with a takedown attempt. Paska is looking to clinch. Paska shoots in and bounces Tanner off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Tanner utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Paska trying to control but Tanner is working from the bottom. Paska scoring with punches to the head and body. Tanner tries to land a sweep but no joy. Paska trying to control but Tanner is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tanner is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Paska is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Paska trying to control but Tanner is working from the bottom. Tanner looking to control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A punch combination from Paska misses. Tanner tries to close the distance and clinch up but Paska swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. The fighters circling - Paska throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Tanner scores a takedown into full mount! Tanner throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Paska has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Tanner's lack of action.

Tanner thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Paska has hold of Tanner's hands but Tanner slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tanner is looking to take a break and control but Paska is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Paska is trying to stand back up but Tanner is controlling him
Tanner is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Paska! Tanner jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Paska is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Paska and Tanner has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Tanner is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Paska has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tanner is trying to move to mount but Paska reverses beautifully and ends up in Tanner's guard. Tanner seems keen to control Paska's posture. Tanner working a defensive guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Arska Paska will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tanner doesn't succeed with the takedown and Paska counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Paska working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Tanner's head. Tanner is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Paska looking to sit in guard and control but Tanner gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Tanner controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Tanner prevents Paska from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tanner throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Paska works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Paska keeping moving, preventing Tanner from controlling successfully.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tanner fails with the takedown and Paska decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Tanner's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tanner wants to sweep but no luck. Paska with a flurry of punches that miss. Paska trying to control but Tanner is working from the bottom. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Paska accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Paska trying to control the position from guard on top but Tanner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Paska stopping the sweep attempt from Tanner. Tanner is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Paska avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Tanner shoots in looking for a takedown. Paska tries to sprawl out of it but Tanner keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Paska manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Arska Paska has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dick Tanner. Paska gets a takedown into half guard. Paska trying to control the action but Tanner is working from the bottom. Paska looks to land a strike but Tanner avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Paska won't allow Tanner to sweep him here. Arska Paska overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Paska tries to free his leg and advance position but Tanner is retaining full guard. Tanner seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Tanner closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tanner lands in his opponent's guard. Paska is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tanner is controlling him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arska Paska clearly takes that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Paska tries for a takedown but Tanner circles away easily and Tanner counters with a nice double leg into side control. Paska won't be happy with that. Tanner is staying tight to Paska's torso, preventing him from escaping. Tanner in side control, throwing shots but Paska defends. Tanner is looking to take a break and control but Paska is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Paska managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Tanner.
It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tanner tries to score with some ground and pound. Paska controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Tanner wants to control but Paska is keeping him busy. Paska is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Tanner asserts his dominance and retains side control. Paska managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Tanner.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tanner in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Tanner grinds an elbow into Paska's temple. Paska seems a little lost for a moment, as Tanner dominates the positioning. Tanner is chipping away with strikes.
Tanner controls the position. Tanner postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Paska is not content to let Tanner control the position. Paska wants to get back to his feet. Tanner working the ground and pound but Paska is defending the strikes. Dick Tanner has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tanner cracks Paska with an elbow. That is naaassty.
And that's the end of the fight! Dick Tanner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
