The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Donatello Bradman and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
J fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Howell avoids it really well and circles away.
J is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Howell.
It looks like J J has been cut.
Howell tries to close the distance and clinch but J swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

J takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Howell takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

J should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Howell knocks J out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
