0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James O Rielly! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from O Rielly does no damage. O Rielly is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. O Rielly displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McDuck. O Rielly thuds his shin into the meat of McDuck's side. No joy there for O Rielly, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
James O Rielly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. O Rielly moves in looking to clinch but McDuck pushes him off. O Rielly has McDuck up against the cage in a clinch.

O Rielly tries to clinch up but McDuck circles away and keeps his distance. McDuck fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. O Rielly sprawls well initially but McDuck persists and gets the takedown into half guard. O Rielly tries to kick McDuck off but McDuck keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McDuck seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but O Rielly does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. O Rielly is trying to stand up here but McDuck is controlling him well. O Rielly makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! O Rielly looks gassed! McDuck shoots in for a takedown but O Rielly shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Scrooge McDuck. That's going to take a lot out of him. O Rielly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McDuck paws at him with a jab and circles away. McDuck shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has O Rielly pinned against the cage. O Rielly gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. O Rielly thuds his shin into the meat of McDuck's side. O Rielly throws a nice looking combination but McDuck bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. McDuck scores with a takedown into O Rielly's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McDuck tries to free his leg and advance position but O Rielly is retaining full guard. McDuck won't allow O Rielly to get back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. McDuck keeps the fight on the outside. McDuck fails miserably with a takedown attempt. McDuck shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches O Rielly napping and manages to drive through into side control! McDuck trying to control the position but O Rielly is working away. McDuck landing a few strikes. McDuck working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. O Rielly is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, McDuck asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. McDuck feints and as O Rielly raises his hands in defense, McDuck changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. That's three minutes gone in the round. McDuck in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. O Rielly wants to stand and escape but McDuck is having none of it. McDuck is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. O Rielly wants to get back to his feet but McDuck is in a dominant position and won't allow it. McDuck decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on O Rielly, up you get! O Rielly has his takedown stuffed and McDuck counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in O Rielly's guard now. O Rielly wants to get back to his feet but McDuck is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

McDuck might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. McDuck sitting in guard here, content to control. The crowd applauds. O Rielly throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Scrooge McDuck dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
O Rielly leaves McDuck with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. McDuck fails with a takedown attempt from distance. O Rielly lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
McDuck doesn't succeed with the takedown and O Rielly makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. McDuck really felt that one! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Scrooge McDuck. That's going to take a lot out of him. O Rielly gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and McDuck counters with a shoot takedown. O Rielly fights it but they end up in guard. O Rielly has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes McDuck off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. O Rielly shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. McDuck defends it nicely. Both fighters are breathing heavily. O Rielly is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. O Rielly tries to close the distance and clinch but McDuck swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. McDuck tries to clinch up but O Rielly circles away and keeps his distance. Scrooge McDuck is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. O Rielly clinches but McDuck breaks the clinch and McDuck decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in O Rielly's guard.
