Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pete Higgedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Stout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Higgedy comes to the cage accompanied by Fort Minor - In Stereo. Stout is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: How we do. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pete Higgedy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sam Stout! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Higgedy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stout moves away. Higgedy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Higgedy throws a series of punches but Stout moves out of range. Higgedy darts in and clinches Stout up against the cage. Stout tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Higgedy just stands there and leans against the cage. Nice elbow from Stout.
It looks like Pete Higgedy has been cut. Stout throws an elbow that misses.
Stout tries a knee to the head but Higgedy blocks it.
Higgedy tries to stall but Stout uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Stout throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Higgedy blocks it with crossed arms. Stout swings wildly with an uppercut but Higgedy uses good head movement to avoid it. Higgedy tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Stout avoids it. Higgedy blocks the elbow strike.
Stout softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Higgedy wants a takedown but no success here.
Stout tries to land a knee to the head but Higgedy blocks with his arms.
Stout gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Stout manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Higgedy trying to control the position from guard on top but Stout is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Higgedy is really struggling to control Stout but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Higgedy missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Higgedy tries to free his leg and advance position but Stout is retaining full guard. Higgedy trying to control the position from guard on top but Stout is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stout utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Stout wants to clinch but Higgedy slips to the side and Higgedy counters with a thumping low kick. Stout tries to close the distance and clinch up but Higgedy swats him away and circles back towards the center. Higgedy jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Stout misses with a low kick. Stout moves in looking to clinch but Higgedy pushes him off. Higgedy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Higgedy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stout on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Higgedy clinches up against the cage. Higgedy tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Stout avoids it. Higgedy lands an elbow inside. Higgedy with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
With the fighters up against the cage, Stout throws an elbow but misses. Higgedy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Higgedy misses with the combination.
Stout closes the distance but Higgedy moves to the side letting Higgedy counter with a right hand. Higgedy misses with the combination.
Stout keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Stout moves into the clinch. Knees in the clinch landing for Higgedy.
Stout tries to break free but Higgedy pushes him back against the cage. Stout's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Stout misses with a few strikes there.
Stout looks gassed! Nice defenses there by Stout. Higgedy stuffs the takedown attempt from Stout. Stout gets slowly back to his feet. Stout moves out of range of the body kick. Higgedy scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stout moves out of range as Higgedy throws a body kick.
Higgedy connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Stout! He's out on his feet! Higgedy rushes in and drops Stout with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
