Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carling Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frosty Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack has chosen czas na walke as his entrance music. Frosty Jack has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Carling Foster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Frosty Jack! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foster gets a clinch. Foster tries to pull guard but Jack holds him up against the ropes and eventually Foster drops back down to his feet.
Foster pulls guard effortlessly. Jack throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Jack missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Jack throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jack accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jack postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Foster is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jack, into his guard. Foster slips nicely into half guard. Nice strikes from Foster there. Foster is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jack defends it well. Foster has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Foster moves nicely into side control. Jack is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Foster has just dragged him back down to the mat. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's one minute gone in the round. Foster wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jack, who protects the arm well. Foster decides to stand back up. Foster wants to clinch. A punch combination from Jack misses. Foster gets the takedown into side control. Foster tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Jack throws a few strikes from the bottom but Foster takes advantage and mounts!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Foster looking to control but Jack is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Jack wants to hold on but Foster pushes him away. Jack defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Foster. Foster wants to finish this one by submission but Jack is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Foster. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Jack bucks up and throws Foster to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Jack tries to clinch but Foster moves away and Foster counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Foster. Foster drops back looking for a leg! Jack is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jack manages to kick Foster off! Foster jumps back into Jack's guard. Jack looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jack doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Foster pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jack is keeping the position for now. Foster throwing strikes but missing. Foster working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Jack keeping moving, preventing Foster from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Foster closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Jack softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes. Jack lands with a short head shot on the inside. Jack tries to break free but Foster pushes him back against the ropes. Jack breaks the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Foster tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jack misses with a takedown attempt and Foster counters with a single leg into guard. Jack didn't expect that. Jack trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Jack is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Foster thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Jack looking to hit a scissor sweep but Foster is one step ahead there. Foster wants to control from the top but Jack keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jack wants to get back to his feet but Foster is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Foster thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carling Foster dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Foster misses with a low kick. Jack darts in and clinches Foster up against the ropes. Foster drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jack gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Foster has Jack pressed against the ropes, preventing Jack from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Jack wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Jack wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Foster has him pressed against the ropes. Jack is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jack manages to break the clinch.
Jack gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Foster works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jack scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Foster manages to mount him!

Jack is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Foster pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Jack is looking to improve his position but Foster isn't that keen on the idea. Jack is breathing heavily. Foster can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jack is looking to escape. Foster prevents Jack from getting the reversal. Foster moves to the back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Foster working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Jack is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Foster has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Jack taps out!
