The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samuelsson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Concrete napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Samuelsson moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

so Samuelsson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Concrete is not content to let Samuelsson control the position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Concrete turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Concrete tries to close the distance and clinch but Samuelsson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Concrete moves in looking to clinch but Samuelsson pushes him off.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Samuelsson shoots for a double leg takedown but Concrete sprawls well. He's pushed Samuelsson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Concrete looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Concrete stuffs the takedown.
Samuelsson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Samuelsson avoids the head kick by Concrete.
Concrete lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Samuelsson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Concrete.

Concrete can't escape the position.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Concrete scores with a kick to the midsection.
Concrete fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Samuelsson.
Concrete gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Samuelsson counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Samuelsson.

Samuelsson is pushing down on Concrete's leg trying to pass to half guard. Concrete is fighting to maintain full guard but Samuelsson has managed to sneak the leg through.

Concrete trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Concrete is wriggling around trying to escape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Samuelsson lands a big elbow.
Samuelsson wants to take his opponent's back but Concrete doesn't allow it.
Concrete is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Samuelsson has taken his back.
Well, with Samuelsson on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Concrete is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Samuelsson tries to keep control of the position but Concrete is staying busy.
Samuelsson is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Concrete has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Samuelsson is hanging on to Concrete's back as he tries to escape.

Samuelsson has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Concrete! Can he survive? No! He's out! Samuelsson gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
