The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Trashman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but barker was well out of range. Poor timing from The Trashman.
The Trashman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but barker manages to avoid it.
The Trashman throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The Trashman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

The Trashman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but barker moves away.
The Trashman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but barker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

barker bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on The Trashman's face as barker controls the position.
barker is looking to take a break and control but The Trashman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

barker will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

barker throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around The Trashman's waist but The Trashman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing barker off to one side.

The Trashman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but barker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

barker walks straight into a right hand from The Trashman - that's dropped him! The Trashman jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save barker from any more punishment! barker complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
