Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvason throws a combination. juurinen tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
juurinen closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
juurinen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
juurinen decides to take the fight back to the feet.
juurinen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silvason is fending him off so far but juurinen persists. Nope, Silvason circles away and we're back to standing.
Silvason tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from juurinen lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Silvason has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Silvason and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Silvason stalks juurinen and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into juurinen's face. juurinen staggers backwards, shaken.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

juurinen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Silvason walks away with a smile on his face. juurinen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
juurinen walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

juurinen leaves Silvason with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
juurinen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Silvason's half guard.
