Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Owen Starks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Owen Starks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aaron Wright!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Starks as he connects with a hook.
Starks takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Wright has managed to clinch.
Wright lands a nice uppercut.
Wright lands a body punch.
Starks's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Starks wants to break free but Wright has control.
Starks takes a shot to the head.
Wright working some nice short punches in the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Wright.
Wright lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Starks is looking to control Wright's arms but Wright gets an underhook and turns him. Now Starks has his back to the cage.
Starks breaks the clinch.
Wright scores with a body shot.
Starks is breathing heavily.
Wright wants to slow Starks down by chopping away at his legs.
Starks throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Starks walks into a stiff left hand from Wright.
Starks is rocked!
Wright looks to land a combination but Starks avoids it well.
Wright wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Wright stuns Starks with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Wright thuds a left hand into Starks's body.
Wright drops Starks with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Starks looks back up at him and smiles so Wright waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Starks is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wright lands with a good body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Starks switches off momentarily and Wright cracks him with a monster right hand! Starks topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Wright dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Wright!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Aaron Wright!
