The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Libris stuffs the takedown attempt from Kotaro. Kotaro gets slowly back to his feet.

Kotaro looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Libris!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kotaro goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Libris turns into him and now he's in Kotaro's guard.
Kotaro is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Kotaro wants to sweep here but Libris controlling him for the moment.

Kotaro looking for a guillotine here but Libris defends easily.
Kotaro manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Kotaro is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Libris to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Libris shrugs it off.

Kotaro jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Libris is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Libris and Kotaro has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Libris is not content to let Kotaro control the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Libris wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Libris knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kotaro on the ground.

Libris is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kotaro is controlling him well.

Kotaro is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Libris looks calm but he's in trouble here. Kotaro gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Libris is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Kotaro lets go of the hold and Libris can pop his arm back in it's socket.
