Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phil Avent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snake Porvac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Porvac is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hell's Bells. Snake Porvac will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porvac misses with a hook. Avent ducked under it nicely.

Avent gets a takedown into half guard.
Avent moves nicely into side control.
Avent advances to full mount.

Avent is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Porvac can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Avent cracks Porvac with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Avent wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.

Avent throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Porvac has his hands clasped together but Avent breaks the hold and Porvac is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Avent!
