Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arran Peevor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry De Jesus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Jesus has chosen NUMB by slapshock as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Harry De Jesus!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Peevor gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows De Jesus to score an easy takedown into full guard.

De Jesus drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and De Jesus jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

De Jesus postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Peevor is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of De Jesus, into his guard.

De Jesus is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Peevor is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Peevor has escaped and now he's on top!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Peevor darts in and clinches De Jesus up against the cage.

De Jesus is looking for a kimura but Peevor is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for De Jesus to get the leverage.

De Jesus is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Peevor is just riding it out for now. De Jesus eventually gives up the hold.

De Jesus is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Peevor sees it coming and defends easily.

De Jesus is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
De Jesus passes the guard and advances to mount!

De Jesus wants to finish this one by submission but Peevor is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from De Jesus.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Harry De Jesus showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Peevor's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

You can see the frustration on De Jesus's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Peevor is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt De Jesus will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Peevor scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at De Jesus to see if he's OK.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
