The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Pogu!
Pogu is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Evans has control of Pogu's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Pogu regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Pogu can't escape the position.
Pogu is working hard here to advance position.
Evans jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Pogu manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Evans wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pogu, who protects the arm well.
Evans is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pogu knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Evans shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Evans was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Pogu is looking to improve his position but Evans isn't that keen on the idea.
Evans looking for a guillotine from mount but Pogu is having none of it.

Evans is working for a guillotine from mount but Pogu frees his head quite easily.
Evans wants to finish this one by submission but Pogu is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Evans.

Pogu closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Well Evans has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
