Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clark Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TJ Hooke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Clark Kent! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, TJ Hooke! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kent feints and as Hooke raises his hands in defense, Kent changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kent postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Kent has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kent is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Kent trying to control but Hooke is working from the bottom. Kent drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kent jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Kent looking to sit in guard and control but Hooke gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Kent working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hooke doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hooke manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Hooke would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Kent is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hooke is aware though and is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kent is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hooke defends well. Kent is breathing heavily. Kent looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hooke would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Kent has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hooke can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Hooke is looking to stand up but Kent won't let him. Kent looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hooke got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kent has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hooke has managed to get both his arms back between Kent's legs - danger averted. Hooke must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Hooke wants to stand but Kent has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Hooke really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kent. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kent is looking to sinch up a triangle. Hooke throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Kent's body to avoid the submission. Kent has instead reached around Hooke's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Kent arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Clark Kent!
