The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ivanov pivots, looking for a leg kick but Drago is out of range and Ivanov settles back down.
Drago closes the distance and clinches up with Ivanov, looking for a takedown. Drago pushes Ivanov against the cage but Ivanov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Drago loads up on a big right hand but Ivanov slips the punch.

Sergei Ivanov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Victor Drago.

Ivanov cracks Drago with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Drago looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Ivanov finish him?

Ivanov tries to bum rush Drago with a series of wild strikes but Drago uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Drago takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Ivanov steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Drago is out on his feet! Ivanov sets himself and nearly takes Drago's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
