Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vince Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vince Marciano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raul Hernandez! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hernandez scores with a jab to the head.
Marciano moves in looking to clinch but Hernandez pushes him off. Marciano changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hernandez tries to avoid it but Marciano manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hernandez to the ground. Hernandez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nice takedown defense from Marciano. No joy for Hernandez on that attempt. Hernandez drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hernandez lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Marciano down.
Hernandez connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Marciano some visible discomfort.
Hernandez decides to stand back up. Hernandez steps back and let's Marciano get back to his feet. Marciano shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hernandez counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hernandez trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hernandez sitting in guard, not really doing much. Marciano is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hernandez is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hernandez is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Hernandez has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Marciano can't keep his opponent in guard - Hernandez advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Hernandez is controlling the pace.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Hernandez performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Hernandez is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hernandez connects with a nice short shot to Marciano's temple. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Marciano is looking to escape. Hernandez is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Marciano doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hernandez. Hernandez looks gassed! Marciano is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Marciano tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Hernandez manages to move to mount!

Raul Hernandez dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hernandez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Marciano is fending him off so far but Hernandez persists. Nope, Marciano circles away and we're back to standing. Hernandez looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Marciano is trying to stand.
Hernandez looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Marciano looks like he's trying to stand up.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hernandez stalling. Marciano is trying to stand up here but Hernandez is controlling him well. Marciano pushes Hernandez off but Hernandez dives into side control.
Marciano is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Hernandez asserts his dominance and retains side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Raul Hernandez has got the better of the ground game so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hernandez moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Marciano pushes Hernandez away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hernandez gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Marciano shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hernandez counters with a single leg into guard. Marciano didn't expect that. Hernandez decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Marciano, up you get! Marciano misses with a takedown and Hernandez counters with a nice double leg into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Marciano wants to get back to his feet but Hernandez is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hernandez passes easily into side control. Nice work. Marciano tries to escape but Hernandez is in control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hernandez controlling the position from side mount. Marciano is trying to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raul Hernandez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Marciano has his takedown stuffed and Hernandez counters with a single leg into guard. Marciano didn't expect that. Marciano knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hernandez on the ground. Hernandez is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Marciano can't keep his opponent in guard - Hernandez advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Hernandez controlling the action here. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hernandez tries to pass to full mount but Marciano defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hernandez escapes and gets back to his feet. Hernandez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Marciano sprawls well. Marciano wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hernandez gets slowly back to his feet. Marciano shoots in and drives through. Hernandez sprawls well. Marciano darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Hernandez tries to roll over but Marciano keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hernandez is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Marciano wants to stand up but Hernandez is controlling the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Marciano seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vince Marciano. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marciano avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hernandez stuffs the takedown. Hernandez looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Marciano!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hernandez is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Marciano can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
You get the feeling that Marciano really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Hernandez lands a nice shot to the head. Hernandez takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Marciano defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Hernandez. Marciano trying desperately to get to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Raul Hernandez comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hernandez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
