The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuts wants to clinch.
A left lands for Nuts.
Nuts throws a nice head kick!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Nuts.
Alves is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nuts lands a big head kick that sends Alves tumbling to the mat! Nuts takes a step backwards and waves Alves back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Alves is rocked!
Nuts gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Oh Alves is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nuts creates a little bit of space and unloads with a massive uppercut! Alves drops to the mat, out cold! Wow, that was brutal! What a knockout!
