Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Beltran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Barbari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beltran comes to the cage accompanied by Big Poppa. Yuri Barbari acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beltran throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Barbari misses with a hook.
Barbari wants to clinch.
Beltran scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
No joy there for Beltran, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Barbari tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Barbari throws a leg kick but Beltran moved away.
Barbari throws a front kick aimed at Beltran's knee but Beltran avoids it well.
Beltran throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Barbari throws a nice inside leg kick.
Beltran throws a body punch but Barbari moves out of range.
Barbari throws a head kick that misses.
Beltran fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barbari manages to avoid it.
Barbari cracks Beltran with a good jab.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Beltran.
Yuri Barbari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beltran misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Barbari displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Beltran throws out the jab.
Beltran ducks right into an uppercut from Barbari.
Beltran looks to land a combination but Barbari avoids it well.
Beltran swings for the body but Barbari moves out of range.

Barbari is looking to land body kicks.
Beltran is looking to wear down Barbari with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Barbari shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Nice uppercut there from Beltran.
Beltran throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Barbari stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Beltran's corner calls for a 1-2. Beltran obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Barbari pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Barbari takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Beltran tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Barbari swivels and escapes.
Beltran lands a slapping body shot.

and Beltran counters with a series of strikes. Barbari will be more careful next time no doubt.

Beltran scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Barbari tries to clinch there but Beltran circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Beltran throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Barbari was covering up waiting for the punch and Beltran finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Barbari has momentary wrist control but Beltran slips an elbow through the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Beltran slips nicely into half guard.
Beltran is trying to control the action in half guard but Barbari is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Beltran is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Barbari is just riding it out for now. Beltran eventually gives up the hold.

Beltran is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Beltran has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Beltran is trying to control. Barbari wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Beltran throwing shots but Barbari is blocking nicely.
Beltran is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Beltran is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Barbari is just riding it out for now. Beltran eventually gives up the hold.
Beltran is nestled in close to Barbari, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Max Beltran dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Barbari throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Yuri Barbari is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Beltran looks for a takedown but Barbari sprawls well.
Barbari takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Beltran throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Beltran!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Beltran takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Barbari is rocked!
Max Beltran is winning the standup battle so far.
Barbari drops his hands momentarily. Beltran doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Barbari staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Barbari doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Max Beltran!
