The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGill scores with a kick to the midsection.
McGill drops his hands momentarily and Macellius takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Jacob McGill has been cut.
Macellius fails to land with a series of punches.
McGill closes the distance and pushes Macellius back into the cage.
McGill lands a nice knee to the body.
McGill is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Macellius gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Macellius tries to circle away but McGill has him pinned against the cage.
Macellius is trying to break the clinch but McGill has him pressed against the cage.

Macellius wants to break free but McGill has control.
McGill pulls Macellius into guard.
McGill is looking to sinch up a triangle. Macellius throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to McGill's body to avoid the submission. McGill has instead reached around Macellius's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! McGill arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
