Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Jenin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Narvith Barcarse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Jenin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Narvith Barcarse! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barcarse shoots in for a takedown but Jenin shows good takedown defense. Jenin fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Barcarse misses with a takedown and Jenin counters with a shoot takedown. Barcarse fights it but they end up in guard. Jenin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jenin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Jenin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Barcarse's guard. Jenin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jenin drops back looking for a leg! Barcarse is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Barcarse manages to kick Jenin off! Jenin jumps back into Barcarse's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Barcarse can do anything to dispel that myth. Jenin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jenin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Barcarse is looking to stand up but Jenin isn't so interested in that idea.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Barcarse doesn't succeed with the takedown and Jenin counters with a single leg into guard. Barcarse didn't expect that. John Jenin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Narvith Barcarse. Jenin is breathing heavily. Barcarse wants to get back to his feet but Jenin is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Jenin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Barcarse really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jenin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Barcarse has momentary wrist control but Jenin slips an elbow through the middle. Barcarse wants to stand and escape but Jenin is having none of it. Jenin could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Jenin drops back looking for a leg! Barcarse is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Barcarse manages to kick Jenin off! Jenin jumps back into Barcarse's guard. Jenin wants to control from the top but Barcarse keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Barcarse avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Barcarse fails with the takedown and Jenin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Jenin trying to control the position from guard on top but Barcarse is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jenin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Barcarse keeping full guard, as Jenin tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Barcarse working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jenin. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jenin tries to free his leg and advance position but Barcarse is retaining full guard. Barcarse is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jenin is controlling him. Jenin drops back looking for a leg! Barcarse is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Barcarse manages to kick Jenin off! Jenin jumps back into Barcarse's guard. Barcarse working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jenin. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Jenin dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Jenin fails with the takedown and Barcarse decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jenin's guard. Barcarse working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Barcarse with a flurry of punches that miss. Barcarse has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Jenin to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Barcarse is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Jenin pulls down on the head and he's put Barcarse to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). John Jenin!
