Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, George Tappin! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bonez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bonez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tappin avoids it really well and circles away. Brittany Bonez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bonez shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tappin as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brittany Bonez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tappin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Tappin is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bonez to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bonez shrugs it off. Bonez is trying to escape the mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tappin has control of Bonez's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bonez regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Bonez is in all sorts of trouble here.
Bonez bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bonez thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bonez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Tappin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Tappin is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bonez is aware though and is defending well. Tappin looks gassed! Bonez is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Tappin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bonez gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Tappin has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Bonez doesn't defend quickly enough and Tappin has managed to lock this one up! Can Bonez escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Tappin on a fantastic submission victory.
