Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cunha scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Green is not content to let Cunha control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Green tries to bench press Cunha off him but Cunha keeps the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Cunha clinches up with Green and pushes him back against the cage.
Cunha tries to pull guard but Green holds him up against the cage and eventually Cunha drops back down to his feet.

Cunha manages to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Green stands up and waves to Cunha to follow him.
Cunha shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Green but Green pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ganny Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marquinhos Cunha.

Cunha trying to control but Green flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cunha looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Green has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Cunha! Can he survive? No! He's out! Green gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
