Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Steve Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Frambach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Lucas Frambach enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Steve Aoki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lucas Frambach! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aoki swats away the attempt to clinch by Frambach. Frambach keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Aoki moves into the clinch. Aoki tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Frambach just stands there and leans against the cage. Aoki can't break the clinch.
Frambach displaying some good clinch control by pressing Aoki up against the cage. Frambach looking to slow down the pace here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frambach takes an elbow to the temple. Frambach pushes Aoki back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Aoki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Frambach rushes Aoki and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The fight stays on the outside here - Aoki looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Frambach circles away from the clinch attempt and Frambach counters with a nice double leg into side control. Aoki won't be happy with that. Frambach remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Frambach wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Aoki, who protects the arm well. Frambach in side control, throwing shots but Aoki defends. Frambach tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Frambach tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frambach remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Aoki might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Frambach tries to move to mount but Aoki blocks the move with his legs. Aoki can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frambach is looking to take a break and control but Aoki is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Frambach has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Frambach thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Aoki throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Frambach is trying to get an arm triangle but Aoki is defending well. Aoki struggling a bit here. Frambach goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Aoki has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Frambach but great work by Aoki. Frambach tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Aoki wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Aoki trying to control the action but Frambach is working from the bottom. Frambach is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Frambach looks gassed!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Frambach parries the strikes from Aoki easily there. Aoki is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Frambach to escape.
Frambach is looking to regain half guard here but Aoki keeps moving and retains side control. Aoki wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Frambach, who protects the arm well.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Aoki shoots and misses and Frambach counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Aoki. That's going to take a lot out of him. Frambach is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Aoki has managed to free his arm - good work. Aoki slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Aoki wants to stand up but Frambach is controlling him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lucas Frambach dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Aoki has his takedown stuffed and Frambach holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Aoki wants a takedown but no success here.
Frambach gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Frambach trying to control the position from guard on top but Aoki is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Aoki working for a triangle but Frambach defends it easily.

Frambach working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frambach drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Frambach jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Aoki managing to control the position. Frambach postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Aoki shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Frambach manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Aoki wants to stand but Frambach has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Frambach is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Aoki has gone for a leg lock! Frambach slips out almost immediately though and dives into Aoki's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frambach advances to half guard. Frambach throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Frambach missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Frambach is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Aoki has managed to free his arm - good work. Frambach is trying for a kimura here. Aoki looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Frambach wins by kimura!
