Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between THS Stylez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tristan Durans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stylez comes to the cage accompanied by Good Life. Tristan Durans is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Durans drives through and clinches with Stylez against the cage.
Durans looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
A frustrated look appears on Stylez's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Durans gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like THS Stylez has been cut.
Stylez swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Durans using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Stylez has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Durans tries a knee to the head but Stylez blocks it.
Stylez fails to pull guard.

Stylez manages to pull guard.
Stylez wants to stand and escape but Durans is having none of it.
Stylez on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stylez tries to get out of the position.
Durans wants to stand but Stylez is controlling his posture from full guard.
Stylez lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Durans!
Stylez fails to advance to Durans's back.

Stylez looking to control but Durans is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Stylez jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Durans is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Durans and Stylez has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Stylez decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Durans dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tristan Durans is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Durans tries to close the distance and clinch but Stylez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Stylez closes the distance and clinches.
Stylez taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Stylez tries to pull guard but Durans won't allow it.
Stylez blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Durans looks gassed!
Stylez managing to block the knees to the body from Durans.
Durans is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Stylez jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Durans walks away with a smile on his face. Stylez gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for THS Stylez. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Stylez blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Stylez jumps into guard, dragging Durans to the mat.
Stylez looking to hit a scissor sweep but Durans is one step ahead there.
Stylez working a defensive guard but Durans passes into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Stylez is trying to control but can't.
Stylez is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Durans is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Durans prevents Stylez from improving his position.

Stylez makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Durans misses with a jab, cross combination.
Durans fails in his attempt to clinch.

Stylez rushes Durans and presses him up against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that THS Stylez will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Durans darts in trying to clinch

and Stylez counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Stylez.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stylez stands up and waves to Durans to follow him.

Stylez darts in and clinches Durans up against the cage.
Durans blocks a body shot from Stylez.
Durans with a knee to the head.

Stylez pulls Durans into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stylez looking to control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stylez is pulling down on Durans's head to control his posture.

Stylez controls Durans momentarily but Durans frees himself.
Durans has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Stylez is proving hard to escape from.
Stylez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Stylez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Durans gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Stylez tries to strike from the bottom.
Durans has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Stylez is proving hard to escape from.

Stylez has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Durans should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Stylez has tightened it up now! Durans should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
