Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Randerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoishi Uzomaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yoishi Uzomaki will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Randy Randerson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoishi Uzomaki! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Uzomaki clinches with his opponent.
Randerson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. Randerson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Randerson jumps guard.
Uzomaki's corner is telling him to maintain position. Randerson trying to keep a closed guard but Uzomaki is proving a slippery customer.
Uzomaki tries to free his leg and advance position but Randerson is retaining full guard. Randerson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Randerson looking to control.
Randerson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Uzomaki can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Randerson managing to control the position. Uzomaki wants to control from the top but Randerson keeps moving. Uzomaki is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Uzomaki closes the distance and clinches up with Randerson, looking for a takedown. Uzomaki pushes Randerson against the ropes but Randerson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Randerson closes the distance looking to clinch and Uzomaki counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Randerson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Uzomaki gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Uzomaki is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Randerson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Randerson has escaped and now he's on top! Randerson stopping the sweep attempt from Uzomaki. Uzomaki lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Randerson! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Randerson working to try and regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Uzomaki goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Randerson turns into him and now he's in Uzomaki's guard.
Randerson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Uzomaki working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Randerson has passed into half guard!
Randerson is trying to work for a kimura but Uzomaki is defending well.
Uzomaki is trying to get back to full guard. Randerson is thwarting Uzomaki's attempts to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Randerson wants to take a breather but Uzomaki is having none of it. Uzomaki is looking to control Randerson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Uzomaki avoid being mounted? Uzomaki wants to get back to full guard. Randerson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Randerson wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Uzomaki gets a clinch. Uzomaki drags the fight down to the ground.
Uzomaki striking off his back but it's not causing Randerson any problems. Randerson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Uzomaki is proving hard to escape from. Randerson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Randerson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Uzomaki on the ground. Randerson wants to stand but Uzomaki has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Randerson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Uzomaki has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Randerson has managed to get both his arms back between Uzomaki's legs - danger averted. Randerson drops back looking for a leg! Uzomaki is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Uzomaki manages to kick Randerson off! Randerson jumps back into Uzomaki's guard. Uzomaki working a defensive guard here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Randerson tries for a takedown but Uzomaki circles away easily and Uzomaki counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Uzomaki. Uzomaki tries to score a body lock takedown but Randerson shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Uzomaki stops a takedown attempt from Randerson.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randy Randerson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Randerson jumps guard but Uzomaki stands there with Randerson around his waist. Randerson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Randerson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Uzomaki walks away with a smile on his face. Randerson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Randerson tries for a takedown but Uzomaki circles away easily and Uzomaki counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Uzomaki. Randerson is breathing heavily. Uzomaki wants to control from the top but Randerson keeps moving. Uzomaki drops back looking for a leg! Randerson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Randerson manages to kick Uzomaki off! Uzomaki jumps back into Randerson's guard. Uzomaki pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Randerson is keeping the position for now. Randerson working a defensive guard here.

That's six minutes gone in the round. Randerson is looking to stand up but Uzomaki isn't so interested in that idea. Randerson pulls Uzomaki in close to his closed guard and prevents Uzomaki from doing any damage or advancing position. Randerson working for a triangle but Uzomaki defends it easily.

That's seven minutes gone in the round. Uzomaki is trying to control. Randerson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Randerson trying to control but Uzomaki postures up.
Randerson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Uzomaki throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Uzomaki. Uzomaki shoots in for a double leg but Randerson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Uzomaki fails with a takedown attempt. Randerson misses with a straight right. Randerson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Uzomaki sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Randerson somewhat. Randerson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Uzomaki counters with a nice low kick that buckles Randerson's knee momentarily.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Uzomaki misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Randerson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Uzomaki moves into the clinch. Randerson gets underhooks to prevent Uzomaki's takedown attempt.

Randerson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Uzomaki fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Uzomaki moves into the clinch. Uzomaki ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Uzomaki no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Randerson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Uzomaki has a closed guard, preventing Randerson from standing up. Randerson stopping the sweep attempt from Uzomaki. Uzomaki has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Randerson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Uzomaki has tightened it up now! Randerson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
