Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Cabresco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tane Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Fernando Cabresco has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Fernando Cabresco seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fernando Cabresco! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tane Henderson! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cabresco is defended easily by Henderson. Cabresco wants to clinch up but Henderson keeps it at a distance. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cabresco. Some wild striking there from Cabresco.
Cabresco shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Henderson pinned against the cage. Henderson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fernando Cabresco. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cabresco misses with a double jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cabresco tries to clinch up but Henderson circles away and keeps his distance. Cabresco gets a clinch. Henderson lands a hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Fernando Cabresco has been cut. Cabresco tries to land knees in the clinch but Henderson avoids the damage to the body. Henderson has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Cabresco clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
That's one minute gone in the round. Cabresco grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Henderson softening up his opponent with strikes here.
Henderson is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Henderson gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Henderson gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Henderson apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Henderson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Cabresco napping and manages to drive through into side control! Henderson in side control lands a decent elbow. Cabresco taking punishment in the form of punches.
Fernando Cabresco's cut is getting worse. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cabresco gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Cabresco is breathing heavily. Henderson drops an elbow to the side of Cabresco's head. Henderson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Henderson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Henderson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Henderson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Henderson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Fernando Cabresco's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Henderson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cabresco with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Henderson lands a nice short elbow. Cabresco trying to hold on to Henderson's head to control him but Henderson postures up.
Henderson slips a nice elbow through Cabresco's hands, connecting with Cabresco's forehead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jeez, Fernando Cabresco's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
