Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between G P (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Camozzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). G P has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, G P! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Camozzi! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! P avoids a low kick by using good footwork. P closes the distance and pushes Camozzi back into the cage. Camozzi pulls guard successfully.
P wants to control from the top but Camozzi keeps moving. Camozzi looking to hit a scissor sweep but P is one step ahead there. Camozzi throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
P slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. P slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. P tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Camozzi tries to get back to half guard but can't. P advances to full mount. Camozzi keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
P lands a big shot there that rocks Camozzi but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
P takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. P stands up from mount. Strange move. G P seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. P shoots in and drives through. Camozzi sprawls well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. P throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Camozzi stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. P follows into mount!
It looks like Tony Camozzi has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Camozzi is wriggling around trying to escape.
P avoids the attempt from Camozzi to control. P wants to finish this one by submission but Camozzi is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from P. P looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. P is breathing heavily. Camozzi wants to get back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round. P postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Camozzi looks a forlorn figure.

P is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Camozzi has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. P looking to finish Camozzi with some ground and pound. This is bad for Camozzi! P stands up from mount. Strange move. Camozzi dives in and grabs P's left leg, looking for a takedown. P pushes down on Camozzi's head and hops out. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
G P dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Camozzi shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches P napping and manages to drive through into side control! P is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Camozzi trying to control the action but P is working from the bottom. P gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. P wants to hold on but Camozzi pushes him away. P wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Camozzi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Camozzi trying to control but he's not successful this time. P is in all sorts of trouble here.

Camozzi fails with the takedown. Camozzi fails with a takedown attempt. G P has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Camozzi. P tries for a takedown but Camozzi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Camozzi shoots in but P avoids the takedown attempt easily. Camozzi circles away from the clinch attempt.
P looks to land a combination but Camozzi avoids it well. Camozzi throws a series of strikes that have P backpedaling.

That's three minutes gone in the round. P looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Camozzi is fending him off so far but P persists. Nope, Camozzi circles away and we're back to standing. Camozzi tries to grapple but his opponent circles and P counters with a two punch combo. Camozzi tries to score a power double leg takedown but P sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Camozzi somewhat. Camozzi shoots in but no luck this time. P swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Camozzi counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Camozzi. Camozzi wants to stand but P is controlling his posture from full guard. P will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. P looking to sweep here. No luck so far. P is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Camozzi must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Camozzi stands and steps away. P gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Camozzi instigates a clinch. P gets underhooks to prevent Camozzi's takedown attempt.
P pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Camozzi tries for a takedown but P sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. P moves into the clinch successfully.

Tony Camozzi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Camozzi gets caught flat footed, as P shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Camozzi is trying to control the position but P postures up. Camozzi working a defensive guard but P passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Camozzi is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. P frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. P controlling from mount. P unloading with bombs! Camozzi tries to hold on but P postures up. Camozzi is looking to get to half guard. P has hold of Camozzi's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Camozzi manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. P throwing strikes here but Camozzi is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
P landing strikes from the mount. P sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! P punching from mount but Camozzi doing a good job of avoiding damage. P can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Camozzi is looking to escape. P prevents Camozzi from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Camozzi defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from P. Camozzi holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as P tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Camozzi tries to hold on but P postures up. P is in the full mount, landing strikes. Camozzi throwing hammer fists to the chest of P. What's that going to do exactly? Camozzi tries to hold on but P postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! G P showed his dominance in that final round. Well P has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
